Terms & Conditions

By accessing or using the services, digital products, and web solutions provided by Rajyo Technology, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any clause, you must cease using our services immediately.

We provide bespoke software development, cloud solutions, web architecture, UI/UX designing, and digital consulting. Specific milestones, delivery schedules, and technical requirements are governed by individual project agreements.

All custom source code, documentation, and digital assets developed exclusively for a client shall be transferred upon receipt of full and final payment, excluding proprietary internal frameworks and pre-existing libraries.

Invoices must be settled within the timeframe stated in the proposal. For milestone-based projects, subsequent phases commence only upon clearance of the preceding milestone dues. Delayed payments may result in suspension of ongoing deployments.

Clients agree to provide accurate project specifications, necessary branding assets, third-party credentials, and timely feedback required for project execution. Delays caused by pending client inputs may adjust project delivery timelines.

Under no circumstances shall Rajyo Technology be held liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from third-party server downtime, cyber intrusions, or unauthorized platform modifications made outside our authorization.

Either party may terminate a service contract with written notice if the other party breaches substantial obligations and fails to remedy such breach within 14 business days.

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject exclusively to the competent courts of our registered jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to revise these Terms periodically to reflect changes in regulatory standards or service offerings. Continued use of our solutions signifies acceptance of revised terms.
