Refund Policy

At Rajyo Technology, we aim to provide transparent and professional services to all our clients. The following Refund Policy applies to website development, custom software engineering, and related digital services.

01 Refund of Advance Payment

Once an advance payment has been received, the amount is generally non-refundable, except under the specific conditions mentioned below.

If Rajyo Technology fails to complete and deliver the agreed website within 45 days from the date of receiving the advance payment, the client may be eligible for a refund of the advance amount.

Exceptions (Refund Not Applicable If Delay Is Caused By Client):
  • Failure to provide required content, images, documents, credentials, or other information on time.
  • Delayed approval or feedback from the client during review stages.
  • Changes or modifications requested by the client during the development process.
  • The client assigning or requesting additional work/services that affect the original timeline.
  • Any other delay or operational circumstance attributable to the client.

02 Domain and Hosting Bookings

If the client has booked or purchased either a domain or hosting service through Rajyo Technology, the website development advance payment will become non-refundable.

This condition applies whether the domain or hosting service is booked individually or both services are purchased together.

Any amount paid towards domain registration, hosting servers, third-party licenses, or external APIs is subject to the respective external provider's terms and conditions and cannot be refunded.

03 Additional Requirements After Full Payment

Once the client has made the complete payment for the agreed project, any new requirements, additional features, structural modifications, pages, integrations, or services requested beyond the original scope will be treated as additional work.

Such work will be charged separately based on the latest scope communicated by Rajyo Technology.

Once approved and paid for, charges for additional requirements are non-refundable, as dedicated development resources are allocated immediately.

04 Scope of Work

The project will be developed according to the requirements and technical specifications agreed upon at the time of order confirmation. Requests that substantially change or expand the original scope may result in additional charges and an extension of the delivery timeline.

05 Client Cooperation

The client is expected to provide all necessary content, information, documents, approvals, credentials, and feedback required for timely completion of the project. Any delay resulting from the client's side may extend the delivery timeline and will not be considered a failure by Rajyo Technology to deliver within the agreed period.

06 Final Decision on Refunds

All refund requests will be reviewed based on the actual project status, agreed scope of work, payment history, client cooperation, and the circumstances causing any delay. Rajyo Technology reserves the right to determine refund eligibility in accordance with this Refund Policy and the agreed terms of service.
